Frequently Asked Questions
Are these machine-washable items safe for newborns?
Yes, when used as intended. Reversible infant inserts are designed to provide newborn support in compatible rockers and swings. Rugs are fine for supervised tummy-time and photos, but avoid loose fibers near a sleeping infant and always follow manufacturer safety guidance.
How should I wash and dry faux-fur rugs and inserts?
Follow the item's care instructions: most faux-fur rugs recommend a gentle machine cycle with cold water and low-spin; don’t overstuff the washer. Use low-heat or air-dry settings and gently fluff the pile after drying. Inserts usually tolerate regular machine washing on gentle cycles.
Which size is best for a nursery that doubles as a playroom?
For mixed nursery/playroom use, a medium rug (around 3x5) offers a good balance of floor coverage and easier laundering. A 5x8 rug gives more play space but is heavier to wash; consider whether you’ll have access to a large-capacity washer.
