Frequently Asked Questions
Can I leave a waterproof playmat on wet grass?
Yes — many waterproof playmats are designed to be used on damp or wet grass. After use, lift and air the mat to dry both sides to avoid trapping moisture under it, and wipe off mud before folding to protect the material and seams.
Which material is best for grip on muddy ground?
Textured film surfaces (like herringbone) and dense bubble structures provide the best grip. Look for a mat with a non-slip texture on at least one side and a firm, slightly textured underside to reduce sliding on wet surfaces.
How do I clean a waterproof playmat after a muddy outing?
Start by shaking or brushing off loose dirt and leaves. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth or baby wipe for light messes. For more soiled mats, use mild soap and water, then rinse and air-dry completely before folding or storing.
