Frequently Asked Questions
Are these play kits truly machine washable after crafty spills?
Yes — the teepee kits include cotton fitted sheets and fabric covers that are labeled machine washable and resistant to shrinking. For best results, follow the manufacturer’s washing instructions (gentle cycle, cold water) and avoid high-heat drying to preserve fabric and any decorative trims.
Will the included mattresses protect floors from paint or glue?
The inflatable mattresses provide cushioning and the fitted cotton sheets protect the mattress surface from direct messes, but they are not a waterproof barrier for floors. Place an additional waterproof underlayer or a plastic drop cloth beneath if you need full floor protection against liquids.
How durable are the poles and connectors for active kids?
These mid-range kits use pine poles and plastic connectors. Many buyers find the frames sturdy for normal play and lounging, but some report issues with ties or connectors breaking under rough use. If you expect heavy daily wear, reinforce connections or consider a heavier-duty mat or commercial-grade structure.
